Tom Grimshaw's learning night at AX round one

Arenacross World Tour rookie Tom Grimshaw acquitted himself well in his introduction to indoor racing on his Apico Honda CRF450R. Having missed out on a qualifying position for the Main Event in the heats, Tom went to the dreaded head-to-heads where he went up against one of the fastest and most experienced British racers never to win the AX title - Steven Clarke.
However, before Tom could test his speed against Scuba Steve, he clipped a Kawasaki Tuff-Block entering turn one and had this little tipover. Eliminated from the H2H round, Grimshaw returned for the LCQ where he grabbed the holeshot and put up a good fight. Unfortunately, he didn't make it through to the Main Event but learnt loads and will come out swinging at Wembley for round two.
