The two upcoming rounds of the FIM Enduro World Championship in Finland and Sweden will see the Miglio Yamaha Official Enduro 1 Team strengthened by the presence of Sweden's Robert Kvarnstrom.
Standing in for injured team rider Jamie McCanney, who broke bones in his right foot prior to the recent GP of Greece, the 25-year-old Swede will race the team's WR250F in the highly competitive Enduro 1 class.
No stranger to Enduro World Championship competition, Robert Kvarnstrom made his debut appearance in the Enduro Junior class of the series back in 2008, securing a respectable 11th position in the championship's final standings.
Competing in the EWC full-time from then until the end of 2013 the young Swede went on to focus on his national championship series, winning titles for Yamaha.
Looking to make the most out of his Enduro World Championship experience, Kvarnstrom will be a strong asset to the Miglio Yamaha Official Enduro 1 Team during these two Scandinavian rounds of the series. Kvarnstrom will compete alongside countryman and existing Miglio Yamaha team rider Mikael Persson.
The fourth round of the 2016 FIM Enduro World Championship will take place in Heinola, Finland on June 10/12, with round five following a week later in Enkoping, Sweden.
