A Win'ning legend

WHAT can you say about Paul Winrow's quad riding skills that haven't already been said as, with one round remaining, he clinched his tenth British Quad-Cross Championship at the Woodbridge club's Blaxhall circuit back in August and is fast becoming a quad-racing legend.
The 2009 nine-round series started back at the beginning of April
at a sandy Mildenhall track where ATV World's Yamaha-mounted John Mitchell won both races in what was to be Winrow's lowest scoring round.
Mitchell passed the fast starting Lindsey Duke on his L&G Plant Honda to win the first race of the year, with Dutch import Joe Maessen on his Yamaha second and Jason MacBeth riding a Fourtech Honda third.
Race two was probably the best of the year with Mitchell and Maessen coming together at the start, relegating themselves to the back of the pack, then coming through to take the win and third place with only Holmes separating them.
