Back on track and banging out the moto's

Motocross

Hi everyone, I know it's been a while since I checked in but better late than never righ? We're heading towards GP 5 and as I write this my season has been up and down so far.

I'm sitting 5th in the points but I do have 1 GP win so that's the bright side I guess. After my win though I started to feel tired and after a bad race in Turkey I checked my blood and I had low iron. From there we pretty much just tried to get through Valkenswaard and get healthy. I have started to feel good but its been a long road.

Like we thought the MX1 class has been close. 4 GP's and 4 different winners.I need to work on my consistency - it used to be my strong point but because of the above reasons I've been up and down like a yoyo. In the recent weeks I haven't got a lot of training done because of the hectic schedule with GP's following each other. However with a bit of a break we have had I've been back on the track and banging out the motos. The last 2 days I've been in Plomion, France and tomorrow I'll ride at a private track here in Belgium. I'm going to stay away for the week in between Portugal and Spain.Hopefully the weather is good and well be able to do some training at the beach. Jamie, my cousin leaves in the motor home tomorrow. It's a 2000km drive! I'm happy to be flying!

Last week we got a spa pool at the house. It's cool to come home to after a hard day at the track - no parties in there yet J

Ben Townley and his wife Lucy have been staying as well as Mike Phillips and Scott Column so the house has been full! It was cool to have so many Kiwi's around!

Well that's it for now.

I'll check in again when I get back from Spain.

Cheers,

JC
