MXGB: Warmingham Lane cancelled - here's why

British Motocross Championship
The Revo ACU British Motocross Championship round at Warmingham Lane has been cancelled, series promoters RHL Activities announced today.
RHL lays the blame on an Amber Warning for extreme heat and very low uptake of entries for the MXGB youth-only event.
"The ACU British Auto Cup Final will now move to Landrake Moto Parc on September 10-11," RHL said in a statement.
The initial reaction on social media from fans and families that were set to attend has not been favourable. The most popular comment, which was posted by Hayden Statt, said: "Do hope youre putting another round on! As well as giving the race you owe us from Culham!
At this time, that does not appear to be an option for the series.
A comment from Ashley Senior on Facebook said: "Disappointing to read this, weve revolved our season around this, missing certain club meetings to go to the qualifiers. Now its rescheduled [moved to Landrake series finale] at such short notice, were away on holiday. Plus others are by the looks of it."
