MXGB Landrake concerns after heavy rainfall - statement from British championship promoter

British Motocross Championship Landrake
Series promoter RHL Activities may cancel this weekends (September 10/11) final round of the Revo ACU British Motocross Championship at Landrake due to ground conditions following heavy rainfall in the area. However, that final decision has not yet been made by RHL.
Update: RHL now say that it is definitely on "at this moment in time" an amended programme will go out that will include racing from 65s all the way up to MX1.
With so much rain, there is concern that some of the classes, the Autos and 65s in particular, may not handle the conditions. In addition, truck and spectator vehicle access could be an issue, both getting in and out of the south Cornwall circuit.
RHL boss Gareth Hockey announced the news in a video on social media. Unfortunately, the audio is poor and much of the content is inaudible.
In a written statement, RHL said: "To reaffirm the live statement from Gareth Hockey at Landrake. Silver Command will convene at 10am tomorrow (Friday, September 9) with an announcement made at 10.30am. We ask that you do not travel until the announcement has been made.
"All parties are actively working on every possible scenario."
RHL cancelled the previously scheduled Youth-only round at Warmingham Lane due to extreme heat warnings and low entry numbers. Landrake is set to be the season finale with a full range of classes slated to race across the weekend.
This story has been updated to show the latest news from RHL.
