British Sidecar Champs

THE Peveril Motor Cycle Club will be staging the opening two rounds of the Luscombe Suzuki Leeds ACU British Sidecar Trials Championship on the Isle of Man over the weekend February 2/3.
Series sponsor and reigning British Champ Robin Luscombe and his son Sam are gearing up for the traditional Manx hospitality and will also compete in the Championship rounds which are the Andy Smith Trophy Trial on Saturday and the David Craine Trophy Trial on Sunday.
The format, weather permitting, will six groups of sections on Saturday starting at Dhoon Quarry then a seven group ride out on Sunday starting at St Johns.
Event Secretary, for both trials, is Denise Kissack who reminds any intending entries that the closing date is this coming weekend. Denise already has 18 sidecar crews and ten solo contenders so get cracking straight away with those entries. Denise can be contacted on 01624-851279 or 07624-451834.
