About Fleshwound Films, LLC
In 1994 filmmakers Jon Freeman and Dana Nicholson had been accumulating footage to showcase a behind the scenes expose of the lifestyle of an American pro motocross rider in action, 145ft plus jumps, 45ft high in the air soaring over sand dunes, mountains, houses, buses and anything else secure and steep enough to hold the weight of bike and rider.
The end result was Fleshwound Films and the beginning of Crusty Demons of Dirt. Jon and Dana along with Cami Freeman then launched a video that changed the face of motocross and created the pinnacle of extreme sports today, Freestyle Motocross (FMX). The films are one of the biggest selling action sports DVDs of all time. The Crusty Demons have toured the world and developed the most popular action sports events, DVDs, shows, video games, clothing and more.
With 18 DVDs in such awesome locations as Peru, Africa, Brazil, the USA, Japan, New Zealand and Australia - the Crusty name is revered to fans of the sport they helped pioneer, freestyle motocross.
