Hawkstone International Update

Plans are falling into place for this year's International Motocross meeting at Hawkstone Park on March 1. In its 12-year history, organisers HIMX have got the most international riders the event has seen with 45 riders attending from various different countries from across the globe.
The last week has seen no exception for ridersplanning on attending, recently confirmed are the Junior KTM factoryteam consisting of riders, Joel Roelants, Valentin Teillet and YentelMartens. They will also line up against current MX3 World Champion SvenBreugelmans and his team-mate Kenny van Dueren.
Other British Teams signed up to compete are Relentless Suzuki ridersMartin Barr, Jamie Law and Rasmus Jorgensen, Samsung Yamaha, Mark Jonesand Wayne Smith. Plus other MX2 big hitters Xavier Boog and PascalLeuret from France with Erik Eggens making his debut appearance in theMX1 class this season, Eggens was one of the first riders to attend theHawkstone International 12 years ago.
Do not forget on top of that, fighting for the overall honours will beShaun Simpson, Rui Goncalves, Steve Ramon, Ken de Dycker, Max Nagl,Marc de Reuver, Kevin Strijbos, Billy Mackenzie, Carl Nunn, StephenSword, Cedric Melotte, Gordon Crockard, Brad Anderson, Matiss Karro,James Noble and many other British and International stars, whichshould provide some thrilling and close racing.
To add a bit of excitement to it, there will be a British vs. Britishshoot out, four riders per heat, with the winner of the final taking£500 prize money.
Tickets are only £20 to be bought on the gate, free parking and kids under 14 are also free!
