It's a little bit Tough

WOR Events produced another piece of superb extreme enduro action last Sunday as the Tough Ones Little Brother (TOLB) returned to the iconic Nantmawr Quarry for a stand-alone event but also as a prelude for the big, main Tough One thats on its way in early March.
Amazing, blue sunny skies greeted the huge line-up of riders and spectators that filled the quarry and the day's format of two action-packed races got under way at 10 am sharp with the Sportsman race.
Brian Till was the main man in this race as he led from start to finish and showed the rest of the riders a clean pair of heels as his five-minute advantage over runner-up Luke Owen showed.
Doncaster-based youngster Luke was going really well though and literally for the race duration swapped places with Joseph Till, Brian's brother, as they battled hard for second and third place on the Sportsman podium.
Eventually Owen won the duel by 20 odd seconds. Great racing.
The Sportsman Veteran class was topped again by Andrew Mills. Mills was a full lap clear of runner-up Andy Jones with a very tired but determined Stephen Cooper taking third spot.
Ryan Cox topped the Novice group with a result that would have seen him fifth in the Sportsman group, he was going that well. Runner-up was Ryan Crayston with a very spirited ride indeed to remain ahead of third-placed Luke Hadwin.
