Last winter outing for Ecosse XC
By Press Release on 22nd Feb 18
The last of the four-leg Ecosse XC Rock Oil Winter Series heads back to Dunbar on the south-east coast of Scotland this Sunday, February 25.
Described by most riders as a perfect winter venue, thanks to the deep sand track, constant maintenance, speed of signing-on and smooth running of the days programme which, so far, has resulted in everyone leaving before dusk.
Sponsored by Rock Oil, Drysdale Motorcycles and Wulfsport, this next event will again run four adult classes A, B, C and Vets as well as classes for rookies, youngsters and quads. The club is again hoping to welcome riders from across Scotland and the north of England, and aiming to beat its previous entry of just over 200 riders.
Signing on opens on Saturday, February 24 from 2pm and again from 7am the following day. The action-packed programme will get underway with practice on the dot of 8.30am.
Online entries - 45 adult, 35 youth - are now being accepted by the MC Federation - www.mcfederation.com

We take a look at the outrage (it wasn't an outrage) of the Hawkstone Hill not being used. Poke fun at some internet trolls, suggest that the International was frickin' awesome – because it was! And also pose the question "can the Hawkstone International be run in the summer?"
