MAX NAGL INKS TWO YEAR EXTENSION WITH KTM

Current Red Bull KTM Factory Racing MX1 rider Maximilian Nagl has finally made his plans for the 2011 and 2012 seasons. The 22 year old from Germany is now at his eighth season with KTM and a further two year extension of his contract, which he signed this week, gives him the opportunity to celebrate a decade with the team at the end of the 2012 GP campaign.

Nagl will have the choice in between his current 450cc machine and the brand new350cc KTM which was steered to success three times already by multiple WorldChampion Tony Cairoli.

Being a KTM rider, Nagl has taken four GP winswith the first dating back at Faenza 2008 and the last at Sevlievo 2010. Havingbeen runner up in the World in 2009, Nagl is riding with a broken collarbonesince the German Grand Prix and today in Sweden he was the fastest KTM ridercourtesy of a fourth place.

The press conference was attended by Maxhimself, KTM Off Road Director Pit Beirer, KTM Race Director Stefan Everts, RedBull KTM Factory Racing MX1's Team Manager Claudio De Carli.
