Mitch Evans to miss several MXGP rounds

Kawasaki Racing Team's Aussie ace Mitch Evans sidelined by thumb injury. Talented Aussie Mitch Evans, after transferring from Team HRC to Kawasaki Racing Team, was looking good on the bike in winter testing, helped by a solid relationship with the testing team in Japan. Sadly, after recovering from his wrist injuries in 2022, the #43 rider picked up a thumb injury days before the opening round in Argentina. As we go to press it is uncertain when he will rejoin the series to assist team leader Romain Febvre.
