With less than two seconds separating the two leaders during the whole day, the British Enduro Championship came down to a dramatic finale at The Muntjac Enduro.

Husqvarna's Jamie McCanney was the winner of this great battle with Beta-mounted Steve Holcombe settling for second overall.
With the two youngsters giving their best for a shot at the 2015 British Enduro title the 11th and final round of the season produced a fantastic fight.
Posting almost identical times from the beginning of the day, it was clear that the battle would go down to the wire.
The day started with Holcombe posting the best time at the fast and slippery special test inside the Thetford Forest but McCanney replied with a win in test number two.
Despite Holcombe winning a total of two more tests that McCanney it was the Manxman's great run in the fifth and penultimate test of the day that gave him the win.
"It was a good day,” said McCanney.
"Me and Steve took our great battle from the world series to the British championship.
"Today we fought until the end and I'm glad I got the victory. Congratulations to Steve, David and everyone else who participated in the championship.
"It's the British Championship and you've got to give it all for yourself, and your team.
"I'd like to say thanks to my team, Midwest Husqvarna, and everyone who supports me.
"This win is dedicated to David Edwards from Husqvarna Motorcycles UK who recently had an accident and is trying to recover.”
With Jamie McCanney winning the final round of the championship and Holcombe finishing second the two racers now share the same number of points in the overall standings.
They also share the same amount of wins, second and third places after the implementation of the drop-out rule.
The situation forced the ACU's Trials and Enduro committee to state that the overall champion will be announced in due course.
"I've done all I could today, really,” added Holcombe.
"I made no big mistakes and ridden as hard as I could. Jamie and I have been less than two seconds apart all day so it was tough.
"It might still be up in the air as to who has actually won the championship but either way I've done the best I could do and I'm pretty happy.
"I've had a brilliant year. The season turned out to be better than I even expected so by no means can I complain.
"If someone told me at the beginning of the year I'd be fighting for the overall title I'd have bitten their hand off.
"So either way, first or second it's still beyond my expectations.
"I now have time during the winter to work hard in order to get back stronger next year.”
Opting to race the two-stroke KTM 250 EXC that recently brought him to the podium at the Extreme Enduro Indoor event David Knight won his own battle with Daryl Bolter to finish third overall.
"Jamie and Steve rode good throughout the season and deserve the championship,” said Knight.
"For me it's been a tough year that came to a positive end. Along with the Cross Country and Extreme championships this year I'm up to 20 British titles in my career.”
Daryl Bolter started off the day posting times inside the top three but a few mistakes at the last two tests made him end up fourth overall.
Defending British champion Tom Sagar rounded up the season with a fifth, with 19-year-old Jack Edmondson racing his 125cc two-stroke KTM to sixth overall.
In the Experts getting a fourth was enough for Sherco's young gun Jake Subachus to secure the 2015 championship title in the Expert Overall class.
The race was won by youngster Jake Gowan with Jon Hunt finishing second. Bradley King's third place at the Muntjac had the Kawasaki rider round-up the championship in second place.
King also won the Experts Enduro 1 title.
Grabbing the seventh victory of his season in the Clubman Overall class, KTM's Daniel Mundell secured the respective title.
Jack Cadwallader rode his Husqvarna TE 125 to second in Clubman overall with another 125cc two-stroke bike, that of Elliot Bradshaw, finishing second in the class.
With Husqvarna's Jane Daniels continuing her 2015 campaign competing in Experts and finishing 13th overall, it was KTM's Ellie Cooke who got the victory in the Women's class.
Kate Smith and Gemma Holtham completed the podium with a second and a third place respectively.
