Shaun Simpson to race at Weston

Shaun, who's won two MXGPs in the sand this year, will be up against multi-time winner David Knight and world Enduro Junior champ Danny McCanney.

"I'm really excited about this event every year,” he said. "It's something totally different and a race that I always enjoy. I obviously love the sand so playing on my bike for three hours on Weston beach is the perfect afternoon out for me.

"I think I'm in with a great shot of winning it again but lots can happen.”
