Two on the trot for Windham

GEICO Powersports Honda's Kevin Windham relished in the gloopy contitions at the 16th round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross to claim his second consecutive win in the series. Meanwhile, in the Western Lites class, Kawasaki's Jake Weimer sealed the deal to take the red plate with a fifth place.
Close to 40,000 hardy fans braved the rain and snow that battered the Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City to witness the 16th round of the series and the final round of the Western Lites Class. On the night it was Windham who used his experience to conquer the rutted course and move into second in the series.
"I was probably the only rider here today that was excited when the rain came because I enjoy these conditions,” Windham said. "I kept my head down and put in a great 15 laps.”
