TONI Bou kept his 100% winning run in the 2015 WTC, seven wins from seven starts, on the opening day of the Great Britain GP staged at Nord Vue, Penrith, Cumbria. Once again Toni overcame a strong challenge from Adam Raga with these two way ahead of the chasing pack.

Following a bone dry and dusty opening lap over the rocky quarry hazards Bou was well in control but light rain for lap two then made the rock super slippery and Toni actually fived the first three sections on lap two allowing Raga o close him down by three marks.

But Toni came back as it dried up again for the final lap with a fantastic sole clean of the ninth section, the awesome new waterfall created by Graham Jarvis, to take victory by nine marks. Adam had several differences of opinion with observers over what he considered to be harsh marking on tricky sections butt the decisions stood.

James Dabill had been looking at a podium on the Vertigo all through the opening lap but Dibs couldn't quite get on the pace, despite pushing on when the rain threatened, and sixth was to be his best behind young Jaime Busto.

Lancashire's Jack Spencer looked lie he was going to surprise the World Cup series regulars leading the event after the opening lap of 12 sections and he maintained that lead on lap two before the wheels came off and Jack slumped to a disappointed fifth – although a jere three marks from the win.

It was Welsh Champion Iwan Roberts who came from behind to snatch the win on most cleans after dead-heating with French rider Arnau Farre with Jack Price and Billy Bolt close behind in fourth and sixth. It was super-tight in the World Cup and is sure to be exactly the same tomorrow (Sunday) as the title challengers square-up again.
