As our first magazine issue was in preparation, the Trial GB series was in the process of signing up a new series headline sponsor, with the full support of the previous sponsor who retains a strong presence.
Talon Engineering is returning to the British Championship sponsorship fray thanks to company founder George Sartin who, although officially retired, retains a consulting role.
Previous headline sponsor Wulfsport will still be involved with the series title being Talon Engineering ACU Trial GB supported by Wulfsport.
Wulfsport's Bill Brown and George, two of the nicest guys you could ever meet, enjoyed a chat at the Classic Dirt Bike Show and shook hands on the new arrangement.

The trials world was deeply saddened on learning of the death of Colin Dommett. The West Country off-road motorcycle icon passed away on Thursday, February 8, at Manchester Royal Infirmary following surgery during a short but typically stoic battle with cancer.
