JACK Peace has added the European Junior Championship to his World title, the Cloburn JSTGGUK teenager winning rounds four and five at Sokolov in the Czech Republic last weekend, assuring himself of his latest crown with one round still to go.

And the Scarborough based Peace family were also involved in the European Champs as brother Dan took a sixth and a fifth place as British lads packed the top six.

TTT Beta rider Iwan Roberts took the Euro win on Saturday by a single mark from Spain's Sherco mounted Miquel Gelabert.

Cornwall's Toby Martyn on the Beta was third while Quentin Carles de Caudemberg and  Vertigo's Francesc Moret conspired to keep Dan in sixth.

On Sunday Gelabert was back on top taking a comfortable win from countryman Moret with Roberts having to settle for third.

These results kept Gelabert ahead in the title race but with a strange points scoring system the Championship goes to the wire in Germany this weekend.

So here's hoping that the British lads can turn on the style and swamp their Spanish opposition.
