Miquel Gelabert sets sights on Barcelona X-Trial
By John Dickinson on 1st Feb 19
Teenager Miquel Gelabert missed the opening World X-Trial round in Budapest as the Sherco No.1 had an injured left foot, sustained in a local Barcelona trial on Saturday, January 12.
At first it was thought to be just swollen with a sprain but later transpired to include a broken bone. However, Gelabert has declared that he is fit to ride his home X-Trial so heres hoping that the talented teen can deliver.
He was one of the stand-out young riders last year along with Frenchman Benoit Bincaz and both will be looking to oust the Old Guard on Sunday.
