YOUNG Callum Bircher collected the Tups Halfpenny Memorial award at the Northern Awards The presentation staged once again by arch-motorcycle enthusiast Les Trotter at Victoria Park Hotel, Barrow in Furness last Saturday night which had a fantastic attendance of some 250 guests.
