THIS coming weekend, May 23/24, WOR Events Off Road Premiership is running at Robins Mountain, near Abergele, and not at Maeshafn, Mold.
Returning to the fun and flowing Robins Mountain circuit for the first time in 2009, the club has put together a superb ten-kilometre course, which will incorporate all of the natural features that this brilliant piece of North Wales mountainside offers plus some man-made sections.
With a total of 11 separate pieces of woodland linked by some trails and sheep tracks the circuit really does have a bit of something for everyone.
The Saturday will be taken up with one of WOR's popular Race Experience Day with practice, advice, and introductory race crammed into a 10am to 4pm slot. Then on Sunday it's round three of the Junior Championship followed by round six of the Off-road Premiership.
As usual WOR makes it easy to enter and take part in its events, simply call 07944-378432 to book your place.
The events secretary also states that should the telephone not be working on site due to a poor signal, then riders are encouraged to just turn up on the day and they will be accommodated.
Camping is no problem at Robins Mountain and the course is an all-weather one, ensuring decent bike time for all.
