THE West Devon Club used the recent spell of dry weather to prepare the Landrake circuit for round two of the ACU Maxxis British Motocross Championship, which will take place on March 25.
In total, nine days of excavation works have taken place with some new feature jumps constructed and the whole of the circuit graded, rolled and sealed to prevent water retention.
Normally the club is only given three weeks to prepare the circuit from the previous event, but the Maxxis round being first on the calendar for the year at the circuit, the ground has been tracked to prevent any possibility of wet weather forcing cancellation.
