James's new Noble steed
By TMX Archives on 11th Jan 07

YORKSHIRE character James Noble switched mounts last week to JST Gas Gas and ran the stroker in at the Ilkley DMC annual New Year Trial at Dob Park.
After riding a Sandiford Montesa 4RT for some time, Bobble took a little time to get to grips with the Gas Gas but still claimed a cracking third placed expert finish.
The Guiseley electrician, allegedly in some way related to photographer Barry Robinson who has Scottish links, (he is married to her!), is just about a total Haggis Eater as his forebears came from the Galloway hills. Next time you meet Bobble think of a Yorkie version of Billy Connolly, without banjo.
The commercial comes next. ''Thank you'' to Caroline for the Montesa deal, ''Thank you'' to Wayne for the X-Citing clothing, and ''Thank you'' to Shirty for taking me on.
Bobble has now reached the end of the favours for the pint that he has allegedly left me in the pump behind the bar in the Alexandra, Fort William, and which I will retrieve at the Scottish, writes JD!
