The TOLB was a great little event with a quality and very enthusiastic turn out of riders and spectators, writes Steve Ireland.

The TOLB is run as a ramp-up and promo event for our World famous Tough One Hard Enduro, but I nowhonestly believe it stands alone in the events calendar as a fantastic event in its own right.

Jonny Walker was superb, super smooth, lovely line choices, and 100% genuine and friendly persona with the public and his supporters. Graham Jarvis was his usual professional self, again super smooth, well turned out and having plenty of time for the adoring public that wanted pictures with the king of 2012 extreme Enduro.

A special mention goes to the highly talented Paul Bolton, bad luck again keeping this likeable chap off the podium and what looked like being a well earned runners up spot. Bolts really can motor.

Gas Gas trials star Alexz Wigg fully deserved his third place.

Owain Humphries was awesome in the Experts and just gets better and stronger by the week.

Glesni Jones was the only lady rider and fair play she put in, as always, 100% effort for her finish.

I would like to thank EVERY single person involved in the running of the event; you are all great people who help make these events possible.

The main Tough One on Saturday, January 12, 2013 will soon be here and is filling up nicely.

With current champion Graham Jarvis, KTM/REDBULL factory Star Jonny Walker, Top Spanish KTM rider Melcior Faja and Carsten Stranghoener  to name but a few already confirmed to line up in the event it is getting really exciting.

The T1 will again be filmed in detail by the awesome production team from Red Bull media and throttle entertainment.

I am urging riders to get entered sooner rather than later and also for the public to get their tickets and vehicle passes sorted when they come on sale next week at our website. It's going to be awesome.
