THE QRA has finalised details of its 2010 Beachcross series, settling on three rounds, kicking off at Margate and Ingoldmells in March and returning to Ingoldmells in October for the final round.
All three weekends will be separate Youth and Adult events in their own right, with overall points for the Saturday and Sunday races, explained the QRA's Tony Nash, but the three events will also form a six round series for those who want to score towards the overall QRA Beachcross Championship.
The Margate Beachcross will be on the weekend of March 6 and 7 and Tony has some plans for improvements to the course and parking at the popular north Kent resort.
Three weeks later and it's up to Ingoldmells near Skegness on March the 27 and 28. The Lincolnshire resort proved a big hit with the riders and the crowd last year and again Tony is moving the event on with more improvements to parking and the track. Then it's back to Ingoldmells for the final round on October 23 and 24.
