Richard joins the family

RICHARD Timperley (26) celebrated 20-years of trialling by rejoining the MRS Sherco team on Friday last.The former Youth Class A and B champion, 2000 and 1998 respectively, and current East Midland Centre trials champion, collected his new 290cc model from MRS headquarters on Friday afternoon from Malcolm Rathmell.
Richard will ride the Expert B British Championship, the National Novogar series, Scottish Six Days and Scott Trials as well as all the major British Nationals.
Previously a successful Sherco rider, Richard has ridden Gas Gas and Beta in recent years. It will be a family affair because his father Mark will switch to Sherco and Richard's cousin, Chris Pearson, a former Novogar champion, also rides Sherco.
