By Team TMX on 21st Nov 25
Red Bull KTM Factory Racing have confirmed the signing of Andrea Verona for the 2026 FIM EnduroGP World Championship, with the Italian star joining the squad’s Enduro2 effort aboard the KTM 450 EXC-F. He will line up alongside reigning EnduroGP Champion Josep Garcia, who continues with the team in Enduro1. The move extends Verona’s five-year association with the KTM group.
An eight-time Enduro World Champion, Verona has been one of the standout performers of the 2025 season. His results include 14 Enduro2 podiums – seven of them victories – and 11 overall EnduroGP podium finishes, further underlining both his speed and trademark consistency across a demanding year of mixed terrain and conditions.
With Verona stepping into Enduro2 and Garcia remaining in Enduro1, Red Bull KTM will field one of the most formidable and well-balanced line-ups on the 2026 grid. The pair bring proven world-class pace, complementary riding styles and a shared emphasis on machine development, strengthening the team’s prospects for both class and overall championship glory.
Work is already underway to integrate Verona into Red Bull KTM’s technical and testing programme, with particular focus on tailoring the KTM 450 EXC-F to his riding style and ensuring a smooth transition into the factory setup. Both riders are set to play a key role in ongoing bike development as preparations intensify ahead of the new season.
“I’m really happy to be part of the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team from now onwards,” expressed Verona. “It has been a dream of mine since I was a kid to ride a factory orange bike and to now finally have the chance feels unbelievable! I’ll give my maximum effort to be the best out there and win as much as possible! I’d like to say a huge thanks to everyone involved, and bring on 2026!”
