The 250cc division of the Monster Energy Supercross series has seen a fairly dominant display, both on the East and West coasts, by the Australian Lawrence brothers Jett (West) and Hunter (East).

Both on factory Honda equipment, they have the speed and determination to rise above the rest, even with the exciting prospect of rookie Hayden Deegan looking like a threat for the future.

The great news for British fans is the re-emergence of Max Anstie as a podium regular, finally finding a happy place with the Firepower Honda team – and consistency – as he approaches the age of 30. He currently lies just eight points behind Hunter Lawrence in the East championship, second in the standings and looking forward to the rest of the year. He thoroughly deserves his success.
