LAST week's 2009 Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh Park was busy, busy, busy over the four day opening period with the organisers claiming overall show attendance UP over last year by a meaty 14% with an actual four-day attendance of 21000 and Saturday proving to be the busiest day.

Highlight of the Show was the unveiling of the exciting new 2010 Sherco trials bike first thing Thursday morning with Malcolm and Rhoda Rathmell doing the honours with riders Michael Brown, Jonathan Richardson, Richard Sadler and Katy Bullock in attendance.

Husqvarna had their sleek-looking 2010 125 two-strokes on display for the first time while Husaberg was proud to be showing the new 390 and 570 versions of their unique enduro four-strokes.

And there were plenty of top riders wandering round on different days including Shaun Simpson, Bryan McKenzie, Carl Nunn, Elliott Banks Browne, Kristian Whatley, Jordan Rose, Wayne Smith, Natalie Kane, quadsters Paul Winrow and Jason MacBeth plus many others.

British Trials champ James Dabill was performing in the live arena along with runner-up Michael Brown while further entertainment was provided by the Bolddog minibike stunt team.
