New coat for Cota

WITH factory rider Toni Bou having just won the 2007 World Trials Championship on the Cota 4RT - the first four-stroke victory since Eddy Lejeune's win for Honda back in 1984 - Montesa is naturally buzzing about the historic success with the launch of its 2008 Cota 4RT models.
There will be two versions up for grabs, the popular standard Cota 4RTand a special factory-inspired Repsol-Montesa for you to do your bestToni Bou impressions on!
The big visual change for 2008 is the adoption of a fashionableblack finish to the frame, swinging arm and fuel tank, achieved byanodising the aluminium. This completely transforms the look of the2008 4RT over previous models.
The super-reliable 249cc engine continues with no major changes andfeatures the unique integrated electronic fuel injection and ignitionsystem while a new AJP clutch cylinder is said to offer increasedcontrol.
Suspension is again courtesy of Japanese Showa components withparticular attention having been paid to the front forks for 2008 toafford a lighter front-end feel.
The Repsol model comes complete with a kit of trick parts in carbonfibre and aluminium, including a trick dual LED headlight so thateveryone knows you are riding something very special.
