One of the UK’s most talented – but often under-the-radar – racers finally gets his Pro Arenacross debut in 2027, as Louis Brookes steps up from the Pro-Am ranks.

A front-runner in the class for the past couple of seasons, Brookes definitely has the skills to pay the bills. Anyone who’s properly watched him ride will have seen just how technically proficient he is aboard his Stark Varg. Now he’s taking those skills into the Pro class and, while he might lack experience at the highest level, don’t be surprised if he pulls off a shock or two once he’s acclimatised to the big-boy class.

Brookes will line up alongside 2024 champion Jack Brunell at FUS Marsh MX, with both riders aboard Stark machinery backed by the Barcelona-based electric motorcycle manufacturer.

The 2027 Arenacross British Championship features six rounds across three UK cities, with £150,000 in championship prize money up for grabs.
