YOUTH CLUB: FatCat fun for Route 77

The 2015 season is now rolling on at a fast pace and this weekend at FatCat Moto Parc it will be the penultimate round of the Route 77 GT Cup series.
In the chase for the British Auto titles Harry Thickett scored best at the previous round in the six to seven age group and he now has a 20-point advantage over second-placed Kai Thorpe. With third-placed Kayden Smith 26 off top spot the title would seem to rest between the three of them.
The scrap in the older seven to eight- year-old division has developed into a head-to-head with McKenzie Marshall just two points in front of hard charging Riley Keene.
In the EHR Junior 65s with some contenders away at the world finals in Spain there will be good opportunities to make up ground on the runaway leader Charlie Heyman.
Sam Nunn still tops the standings in the Small-wheel 85s but he's coming under increased pressure from MBO runner Ike Carter.
Behind Nunn and Carter at the top, Louie Kessell and Lewis Wood are next in the pecking order and there's sure to be bar banging action.
TM pilot Callum Gasson has a 44-point lead over Sam Price in the Big-wheel 85s as Drew Anderson holds series third 76 off top.
Price was the early series leader but missed round four so he will be keen to reduce the gap at the top.
In MXY2 Henry Siddiqui crashed out injured at the previous round and the crown now rests between Luke Smith as he goes to FatCat with a 25-point lead over Jake Edey.
Kieron Cooke is in championship third, 61 off the top spot.
As with previous seasons some of the best youth action has come in the Adult 125s and this year Michael Ellis has been flying the flag brilliantly – he's currently just 18 behind series leader Jim Davies.
