Sherco’s Jack Peace survived a five-free week to take a stunning victory in the 2025 Scottish Six Day Trial ahead of Spanish superstar Adam Raga (Sherco) and George Hemingway (Beta) who used his double Trial3 World title-winning skills to bring his125cc machine home in third place. Former British Champion James Dabill (Scorpa) showed he’s lost none of his skills as he placed fourth ahead of a string od Trial2 World Championship front-runners – Billy Green (Scorpa), Jack Dance (GASGAS), Harry Turner (Sherco), top Scot Jamie Galloway (TRRS) and early leader Harry Hemingway (Beta). 12-time world champion Dougie Lampkin rounded out the top 10 on his Vertigo.
Raga had held the early lead in the trial – clean until day three and then losing his first couple of marks on day four although he still held a one-mark advantage over Peace. It all came crashing down on the penultimate day in the Chairlift section. Raga inadvertently ran over a marker flag which is an instant five – despite arguing his case, the observer held firm. With Peace staying clean, he took over the lead knowing that a solid ride on the sixth day would secure him the victory.
Having dropped just one mark on the final day Peace entered the iconic Town Brae section with a three-mark lead and one final clean sealed the deal – the current Trial2 World Champion could finally add an SSDT win to his CV. Clean days for Raga and Hemingway saw them round out the podium.
