RideoffroadUK will resume its Doodson Motorsport Championship on August 7/8 with its second brand new enduro venue for 2010. Hatcliffe, in the North Lincolnshire Wolds, will host round four of the series.

After a long break for the youth classes, they will also get a chance to ride this new track on Saturday, August 7, starting at 1pm.

Sunday's activities will include the usual two-race format. Sportsman, Over 50 and Ladies classes will take to the track at 10am for two-hours. Then, this will be followed at 1pm by the Expert, Over 40 and Clubman groupings, which will do battle for 2.5-hours.

The course will comprise mature woodland, stream crossings, an old chalk quarry and open grassland areas. The average 15-minute lap will run in the shape of a clover leaf and should offer challenges to all rider abilities, and most of all it's completely fresh ground.

The paddock area is well suited for camping, and it will be mowed the week before the event. RideoffroadUK has commissioned a groundwork's team to power-harrow a section of the proposed track alongside a spectator area near the start, which will be similar to an Enduro special test. There also a new ‘spectator zone' log section with (longer) easy routes around for the not so brave.

Championship positions up to the Hatcliffe event are posted on the website, and don't forget the overall product prize fund will eXCeed £3,000 at the end of year presentation.
