Trophy time for Newton

NEWTON-le-Willows annual presentation was held at Blackpool football club and with a great turn out of members, including their families and supporters, it made for a great night. Christian Iddon, World No 3 in his class, was on hand to do the presenting, which added a touch of nostalgia to the evening as he once won the Auto Grand national for the club at the age of seven. With a massive table of goodies supplied by Feehily MX and Christian Iddon up for raffle, and with the pictures by DSJ photography, the whole programme went smoothly.
Many thanks to ‘Ruff Diamond' who provided live entertainment which kept the night bouncing to the early hours.
Congratulations to all the winners including the special prize winners on the night, and a big thank you for the special guests who helped the night go so well.
The Annual General meeting is scheduled for January 16, at the Allison arms pub in Coppull
